Eric Nikodym

Managing Director
The cultural manager Eric Nikodym has been working for Ymusic GmbH as a senior project manager since 2018 and has taken over the management of the production office in 2021. For the application of the city of Nuremberg for the European Capital of Culture 2025, he was responsible for the lead project SONGLINES from 2018 – 2020 and worked for various festivals as production manager (e.g. Kunstfest Weimar, KunstFestSpiele Herrenhausen, Internationale Händel-Festspiele Karlsruhe). In addition to his work for Ymusic GmbH, he is managing director and project manager of the international performance collective “KULA Compagnie” as well as managing director of the International Handel Academy Karlsruhe.

Wiebke Wesselmann

Production management
Wiebke began her professional career by training as a carpenter before studying art history and film studies in Berlin and Paris. Her focus was particularly on the artistic design of photographic and filmic exhibition formats. Since 2019 she has been Artistic Production Manager at YMusic GmbH with a focus on theater, performance, dance and visual arts. She also works as a freelance production manager and as manager of the achtung berlin film festival. In 2021, together with curator Alexander Pütz, she founded the art association YOU MIGHT ALSO LIKE e.V., in whose exhibitions she presents young contemporary positions.

Marc David Ferrum

Production management & musical assistance
Marc works as a production manager and musical assistant for Ymusic GmbH. Thanks to his studies in contemporary composition, he is very familiar with both the artistic and organizational side of a production. Since 2019, he has also been contributing to the success of the Donaueschingen Music Days as part of the realization team. Since then, further festivals have followed, including the Darmstadt International Summer Courses for New Music, the Wittener Tage für neue Kammermusik and the PANTOPIA FESTIVAL Berlin, for which he is now production manager.

Merlyn Schapka

Venue Management
Merlyn is a student of cultural studies at the European University Viadrina and works as a working student at YMUSIC GmbH in festival and venue management. Its tasks include the rental, organization and implementation of events on the grounds of the Spreehalle. She has already gained experience in this field by working at various interdisciplinary art and music festivals such as the Pop-Kultur Festival 22/23 and the Fete de la Musique 23.

Andi Schmid

Social Media Manager
As social media manager, Andi informs about all kinds of events and happenings of Y-Music and partners on Instagram, Facebook and Co. This includes the channels of Y-MUSIC, as well as institutions and artists such as the MARC SINAN COMPANY, TRICKSTER ORCHESTRA, KATHARINA HAVERICH, KULA COMPANY, PANTOPIA MUSIC and the SPREEHALLE. After completing his bachelor’s degree in media technology, he moved from his native Bavaria to Berlin. After various activities in the film, TV and live streaming sector, he is now concentrating on the online world.

Oke Scheel

Production Assistance
Oke is part of the team as an executive assistant. As part of his final courses for his Bachelor of Law, he was able to spend a semester studying and researching in Tartu, Estonia, thanks to a scholarship. Because he really enjoyed the interdisciplinary experience, he decided to gain a foothold in culture as a career changer and has been supporting Ymusic with legal research, contract creation and production of primarily digital projects ever since.
