We are looking for reinforcement for our team in the area of project management with the core tasks:

• Communication with project partners, artists and service providers
• Project management: project-related planning / organization as well as administration of the artistic projects in close cooperation with the project managers and the artistic director
• Support in the area of public relations & advertising as well as fundraising and acquisition
• Assistance with office tasks
• Other fields of activity may include: travel planning, event support, content research

Internship position with in a range of hours by arrangement. The internship is remunerated.

Ideally you bring with you:

• Compulsory internship in the fields of study cultural management, cultural work, cultural studies, theater studies or similar.
• Ideally first experience in project management
• Confident use of common Office applications and experience with InDesign
• Organizational talent
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Independence, commitment, structured thinking & working, reliability
